report	When testing the NS Bureaucrat handle with handle firmware 2.4.0, @set DEVICE-NAME is used as that is the device name displayed when using @device. The handle firmware 2.4.0 does install properly and function, but the two interlocking rings icon for handles in the ARES HUD is not used, only the default integrated circuit icon is displayed.
