vox input chain clogs up indefinitely when many messages come in at once

| report | Sometimes the vox input chains desyncs with chat. It appears to be when many messages are received all at once. A message will be stuck in some kind of queue, and will be pushed out on the next incoming message. the only fix I found is a kernel reset, the following didn't work: @reset vox @reset filter @input purge etc |

Another user (sum1re (sumire.takeda)) seems like they were affected by this this evening, the only filter they had on their input pipe was "bimbo" and it would consistently clog up and either lag behind by one message or stop outputting anything altogether.
