@power zap does not drain unit sending the charge, _status gives wrong command error.

| report | When attempting to use "@power zap" to send another unit power, it appears the zap is successfully sent but no power is drained from the sending unit, as the error "[09:35] NS arm3: [_status] wrong command: charge" will appear for each zap sent. |
