using Jovian controller's emp while wearing a uRTG battery

| report | so its kinda self explanatory from the title, but i discovered that if you are wearing a jovian controller with ares 0.5.2. beta 3, and have a uRTG battery, using an emp blast will cause a loop its very repeatable and is not limited to myself as 2 other people tested the bug. this will cause the jovian to act as if it is taking raditation interference, causing visual glitches in vision/display, as well as a high pitch repetitive beeping noise, and stuttering static noise. as well as cause sparks every so often. looped message: [20:44] ECM-860: Countermeasures engaged against hostile N signal.
