| report | Attempting to install handles v2.4.2 for over an hour unsuccessfully. Package will rez and attach to HUD as normal, but will not "attach" to the system to begin installation. Troubleshooting attempted (each of these was paired with a pkg reset): * pkg clean, redownload - failure * kernel restart - failure * relog - failure * restarted baseband, storage, scheduler, io - failures * reset exec, fs, input - failures * Enabled kernel debugging (s) - no events appear when .dparc attempts to attach |

Also downloaded .dparc and attempted installation on a separate sim just to be sure, no luck there either.
