'[_status] unknown action: radiation' with radiation generator and grenades

| report | When walking into a radiation zone defined by a MEU-16-0233-F Radiation Generator or getting hit with the effects of a Fizzler or Stunner grenade, the _status daemon complains about 'radiation' being an unknown action. Audiovisual and restriction effects are still applied as expected, however. Additionally, the Bathyscape shield appears to block the effects of radiation zones and Fizzler and Stunner grenades - no effects or _status warnings are encountered with it active. |
