NS Assent Cortex 9.5.8.0 - super or ion tag in a long (12+) law card causes stack heaps

| report | When attempting to load a longer law card with 12+ laws, if any of those laws are tagged with super or ion the Assent cortex has a tendency to stack-heap. Ion tag seems to stack it a few times and then the laws eventually load, super seems to stack the cortex every cycle indefinitely. Additionally, laws loaded from a custom notecard (via "@laws upload" followed by dropping the notecard into the cortex) do not seem to be loaded into active memory immediately, requiring a separate "@laws load" to pull them from flash memory after loading. |
