Teleporting away while connected to a power outlet confuses the ARC and other power sources

| report | While connected to an NS Power Outlet (FSD-12-5011-R:72) at my home, I teleported away, then attempted to use an NS ARC 47-9000-V in the Eisa store. The ARC quickly ejected me with the error message "Connection refused: Connected to another power source." I then attempted to connect to the demonstration power outlets in the store by approaching to within range and clicking them. I silently failed to connect to any of them, with no error message. I then teleported back to my home and successfully connected to my home's power outlet again by clicking it, and then disconnected from it manually by clicking it again. When I then teleported back to the Eisa store, Both the ARC and the demonstration power outlets now worked normally. |

Prio Serpentine:
I did some further testing. In order for this bug to occur, one has to teleport to a different SL region from the one the connected power outlet is in. Teleporting away to a place anywhere inside one's current sim will not induce the bug.
