Level of corruption, from 0 (no Zalgo) to 100 (HE COMES).
Order of Operations
filter glitch: Adds combining diacritics to affect the appearance of a noisy transmission.
vox <chain> glitch remove: Removes this filter from the specified vox pipeline <chain>.
vox <chain> glitch <flags>: Adds this filter to the vox pipeline <chain>, with the specified <flags>. If it is already present, the current <flags> will be updated.
